Irish Moss and is a type of seaweed that grows year round in of St. Lucia. It is packaged in the state of Georgia where it is tested for heavy metals and toxins. Sea moss gel is a natural, nutrient rich product derived from sea moss. The gel we create has a texture similar to jam or thick jello. Not gritty like apple sauce. Sea moss has a light fishy smell alone (it does come from the sea). Sea moss contains 92 of the 102 minerals the body needs. When we ship, all of our sea moss gels & juices are shipped frozen in temperature controlled packaging to keep cold in transit. For local deliveries sea moss is at refrigerator temperature and juices are delivered frozen to maintain nutritional value as they are only at their best for 3 days.

Upon arrival, we suggest to put your juices right back into the freezer until you are ready to drink them as they are at their best for 3 days. The juices will keep fresh for up to 6 months frozen.

You can put your sea moss gels into the refrigerator, make sure to consume within 2-3 weeks. The sea moss gel will keep fresh up to 3 months frozen.

The best way to thaw your sea moss gels & juices are to rotate them from freezer to fridge 24 hours before you plan to drink/consume.

For the juices, if you're running low on time, you can set them out on the counter or place in a warm bowl of water for a faster thaw. However, sea moss gel should always remain in the refrigerator until thawed, heating can cause it to become spoiled.

All of the 12oz+ juices yes. Stay Right shots and Lemonaide no, we add local raw honey. However, leave us a note in your order and we can remove the honey.

As for the sea moss gels they are all made with local Hawaiian raw honey as well. That's what makes us different than most sea moss gels on the market. The taste of honey adds incredible flavor and has so many benefits of their own. If you would like to have your sea moss made with just agave, please select the style option vegan/allergy no honey before adding to cart.

Our sea moss gels are crafted to order. Soaking the sea moss takes 18-24 hours. We NEVER heat our sea moss, ensuring the nutrient value is maintained from dry to gelled. Depending on the fruits selected, varies on how long it takes to craft. For example, pineapple and mango usually take a few days after purchase ripen to use for the fruit infused gels.
